We want you to love your Boys Lie pieces, but if something isn't right, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all items marked as Final Sale are ineligible for return or credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and 'Boys Lie' branding are intact and included.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
